General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to gastroenteritis which is an infection of the intestine. I recommend to use an over the counter option to treat diarrhea such as Imodium. I also suggest to use daily probiotics. I recommend to eat food that does not trigger the symptoms such as bananas, rice, toast and apple.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
