My ulnar nerve keeps getting caught in the outter part of my elbow and I keep having to push it upward toward my tricep so my elbow wouldn t lock or the nerve won t prevent it from bending. And if the nerve did shift or move when I bend my elbow feels like I m going to pop the nerve or something in my elbow (very painful to even bend at this point) so that s when I ll move it. -also I seem to have tendonitis on my right arm but It won t go away I believe because of this reason.Can I avoid any surgery?Can I just stretch it out or massage it? What is going on can it be a shoulder or spinal injury I sustained years ago catching up with me?
