Hello Dr. My mom is affected by polio in her lower limb of right leg and she walks with the support of her hand. She is now 45 yrs old and now facing some problem in walking. So could plss tell me if any cure( transplant or any other therapy) possible

with this age only physiotherapy and surgery can help to certain extent.get it examined by orthopedic surgeon to have through checkup and asses possibility of surgical procedure to extend some help. consult physical rehabilitation doctor to examine and recommend surgery.
