How To Treat Difficulty In Speech Caused Due To A Mild Stroke?

In 2013 I had an electric shock happen to the left side of my brain which also pulled the left side of my mouth down. An MRI was done and they said it was a mini stroke, however none of the other test done supported that conclusion. Had an echocardiogram, carotids checked, wore a heart monitor, etc and they were all fine. My speech now is a bit lethargic, upper back and neck always feels tense, brain fog at times, and I have lost interest in things I used to enjoy. Could this have been a seizure?
