How To Treat Difficulty In Spreading Hips Wide In A Diabetic Patient?

One of my family background is diabetes. I notice getting older my hips cannot spread wide. I also drink alot of soda but still drink alot of milk. I have been taking joint vitamins namely Nutrilite glucosamine 7/glucosamina 7. I m 44 years of age. Is there any correction to my hips aside from surgery? I need help. Thank you.
