General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Head injuries have to be monitored at hospital, so kindly see a doctor (go to the ER department of local hospital) at the earliest. Dizziness is a common symptom in patients post head injury and last for few days. Take an X-RAY & CT-scan of head and neck region to know the extent of injury. Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank You.
