How To Treat Dizziness And Pain In Back And Stomach Caused After Injury?

I went to get in the shower this morning.. I had one foot in the shower and one out of the shower... I went to get in the shower and my left leg gave out.. I tried pushing my body forward towards the inside/shower wall but, i fell backwards, hit my head on the bottom cabinet of my sink and landed on my back... Ive been in severebpain with my back. I feel dizzy, my stomach hurts and i feel like im swallowing blood... Im at work and trying to ride it out til i get off.. It hurts to stand or set down as well as my stomach... Its a non stop pain..

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in shoulders and joints . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acute back injury , whiplash , sciatica , osteoarthritis and endometriosis , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to acute back injury , which occur due to compressed fracture or nerve injury . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon without any delay . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI or physical examination . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , analgesic along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may ask you to go for complete bed resr , recommend surgery or refer you to spin specialist in case of severe injury .
