Hi my mother is 56years she is a diabetic pateint who is in insulin and she is getting dizziness while sleeping also black spot last one week onwards consulted dietician and said that due high sugar dizziness comes. At tge time of consultation sugar was at 256. Suggested medicine called vertin tablet.....also said to go for X-ray cervical spine and color doppler...but reports are Normal...please advice...
For your mother the dizziness may be mostly due to high sugar levels. So she has to controlled her sugar level through diet or oral hypoglycemic tablets or insulin if the previous two doesn't work. If also can try stemetil and stugeron tablets twice a day along with vertin tablet . Can get back to me for any further advice.
