Hi Welcome to Health care magic.
I understand your query and concern.
You certainly seem to have uncontrolled blood pressure. This warrants further investigation in the form of renal angiogram, since resistant hypertension to more than 2 drugs points to secondary hypertension. Its always safe to maintain blood pressure under 125/80 mm of hg.CHF revealed on echo needs correction with drugs like dopamine and dobutamine along with diuretics. This should keep you BP under strict control.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Repair of renal artery stenosis with stent will help to cure the disease.I advise you to have a baseline 2D echo and ECG on semiannual basis for better cardiac assessment.Consult an expert cardiologist for further help.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
