How To Treat Dizziness?

My son is 19 years old very healthy, works outdoors helping farmers so is very active but has been experiencing some dizziness. local PA has prescribed meclizine and gabapentin. son says it helps but he can tell something is still not right. we have encouraged drinking more water, he does drink gatorade as well.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms in this age may demands some investigation, EKG and CT of brain is very necessary, because this could be cardiovascular disease, some time this could be ENT condition hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
