How To Treat Dizzy?

i am taking propanol 10 mg and clonozepalm 0.5 mg for the tretmeent of dizzy since 2 months. but yesterday my doctor addd me cifran 500 mg for gantric . can u take this medicne together? plz tell me on free of money i am very poor person from nepal plz doctor advise me .

Hello
You are having dizziness and taking propranolol & clonazepam from last 2 months and still no relief.
Now advised cifran ( ciprofloxacin 500 mg ) .
In my opinion you can take these medicine together but I doubt that these drugs will cure dizziness . There are so many reasons of dizziness , these includes.
1 Hyper tension or hypo tension , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of dizziness.
2 Mineires's disease , diagnosis can be confirmed by examination by an E N T doctor.
3 Anemia is another one such cause of dizziness, so get in blood examination for hemoglobin level.
There are so many other reasons of dizziness as hypoglycemia , hyperglycemia , hyper acidity .
In my opinion you must consult another doctor for dizziness ( 2nd ) and get his opinion.
