How To Treat Dry Skin?
I have been suffering from excessively dry skin from my lower back and stomach that wraps up my sides to my arm pits but it never reaches my armpit, I've also had the same rash like dryness on the insides of my legs starting just above the knee towards the groin but never making it past mid thigh, I have little time or money for doctors visits, but I would really like to find a solution for this problem, any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here as long as the dry skin of yours is concern this could be fungal infection and in my opinion this is to be treated with the "Miconazole lotion or cream along with this you can use any good moisturizing lotion, this would give good response to this regime, have a nice day.
