How To Treat Dumping Syndrome?

In 2001 had gallbladder removed due to gallstones also had pancreatitis --took a month or so for levels to go back to normal--ever since surgery battle the dumping syndrome--eat and lose it quickly only to be without energy but continue to push on and keep on going but I am extremely tired and ability to focus is very poor. Suggestions on what type of Doctor to see--

Dear probably your suffering from post cholinergic syndrome. as you told you just undergone cholecystectomy. But dumping syndrome seen in gastrectomy,gastric bypass,esophagectomy etc..

it is seen 5-40% of patients with post cholecystectomy patients.

Symptoms of postcholecystectomy syndrome may include:

Dyspepsia, nausea, and vomiting.
Flatulence, bloating, and diarrhea.
Persistent pain in the upper right abdomen.

avoid fatty foods,eat small quantities with increased frequency.use tab udilive twice a day for one month. if symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
