How To Treat Ear Infection And Discomfort In Movement Of Head,arms And Legs?

My daughter was diagnosed with an ear infection on Tuesday, with coughing, no phlegm. Yesterday and today she has been very tired and reports today that it hurts to lift her head, arms, and legs. She does not have a sore throat or temp. I have been keeping her hydrated.

Hi,
It seems that she might be having viral infection causing local cold symptoms with generalized body-ache, malaise and fatigue.
Give her some decongestant with analgesic medicine for 2-3 days.
Give her plenty of water and liquids.
Ok and take care.
