Can SGPT, SGOT and bilirubin levels can be lower down with medicines? Hello sir, my results for the LFT test 1 month ago were SGPT- 28, SGPT-45, bilirubin total- 2.03, bilirubin direct- 0.36, bilirubin indirect- 1.67. I consulted a doctor, he prescribed some more tests and the results were increased thyroid TSH and low vitamin B12. TSH- 8.19 and vitamin B12- 180. So he prescribed thyronorm 50mg and injections of B12(Nurokind Gold). Till now I have taken 4 injections of Nurokind Gold and regularly taking thyronorm. Also I took some beer during my 3 days trip to Goa. But I am not a frequent drinker. Now when I have tested again, the results are SGPT- 133, SGOT- 114, Bilirubin total- 1.46, bilirubin direct- 0.20, bilirubin indirect- 1.26. Kindly tell me the reason for such reports and prescribe the best for me. Thank you
