How To Treat Enlarged Uterus?

I had a lot of pain and urinary discomfort and it was thought to be a uti but tested negative. Since it started the pain in my middle abdomen has progressed significantly and have had clotted bleeding, a feeling of something internal swollen or enlarged and putting a lot of pressure internally. Then I had a pelvic ct and found out so far that my uterus is enlarged. I have a lot of fatigue daily also

What is your age? It would be more easy if you can share us the scan report. Enlarged uterus is just a finding and not a diagnosis. We have to find out the reason and treat accordingly. Since the pain is associated with abnormal bleeding also, kindly consult a gynecologist with all reports. This might suggests conditions like uterine fibroid or endometrial hyperplasia. The gynecologist will help in sorting out the cause and treatment accordingly.
