Hence, relax and develop confidence that you can overcome this.
Remember, size or length or thickness of penis has nothing to do with sexual activity or
fertility.
Keep away from smoking and alcohol, if you are addicted to.
Eat healthy food and consume good amount of fluids.
Reduce your stress by practicing exercise and
meditation.
You can take
counselling sessions from a Psychotherapist, if necessary.
You can take medications like Tadalafil for erectile dysfunction, but keep it as the last option.
