Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi i am 28 years old and my foreskin is yet not broken. When I get erection and pulls foreskin backwards then it hurts me. When there is no erection the foreskin can be easily pulled backwards but attachment of foreskin with the penis is clearly seen. Kindly help me out for the same.
Hello Dear. Tight foreskin is a common problem with many males. Kindly try pulling backwards daily while bathing and clean the glans penis. Do not allow smegma (whitish stuff) to accumulate there. Try doing this for a couple of weeks. It should be fine by then. If the problem is still persisting you need to meet a surgeon, who may advise you an option of circumcision surgery.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
