Hi,

Foul odor from armpits caused by perspiration is a common problem for many people. This is because the armpits contain apocrine sweat glands that produce a thicker, milky sweat that provides a perfect environment for bacteria to grow and multiply. The bacteria break down the sweat and produce a bad odor.

Here are some tips to help reduce the odor:
* Good hygiene: Make sure to bathe or shower at least once a day and use an antibacterial soap to clean the armpits. This is to reduce bacteria on the skin.
* Shave the armpits: Hair in the armpits can trap sweat and bacteria, which can cause odor. Shaving the armpits can help reduce this problem.
* Wear clean and loose-fitting clothing: Tight clothing can cause sweating and trap bacteria, which can cause odor. Wearing loose-fitting clothing made of breathable materials like cotton can help reduce odor.
* Use antiperspirant: Antiperspirants can help reduce sweating and the growth of bacteria. Look for products that contain aluminum chloride or aluminum chlorohydrate.
* Apply natural remedies: Natural remedies such as apple cider vinegar, witch hazel, lemon juice, and baking soda can help reduce odor. These can be applied to the armpits with a cotton ball.

In addition to the above tips, make sure your daughters are drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. Eating a healthy diet that is low in processed foods and high in fruits and vegetables can also help reduce body odor. If the problem persists despite these measures, it may be worth consulting a doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
