How To Treat Extreme Pain In Upper And Lower Back?

Hi my name is Mohini. I am 36 year old. My height is 4 11. Recently I have gone through MRI scan. The report says 1. Central and left paracentral herniation of C6-7 disc and indenting thecal sac. 2. Posters-Central herniation of C5-6 disc indenting the thecal sac. 3. Sacralization of L5 vertebra. 4. Posterior bulge of L3-4 and L4-5 discs indenting the thecal sac. What is the meaning of above and what I need to take precautions to control the horrible upper back pain and lower back pain? Please suggest

As per your reports u r having problems with cervical and lumbar spine. That suggest PID (prolapsed intervertebral disc) at multiple places.
So you should consult orthopaedics or spine surgeon for medical/surgical options.
