Hi, On Sunday I took a Sauna and forgot to take out my lesnses. My eyes were very bloodshot the next day and although the redness is reducing they’re very sensitive to light now. Did I burn my eyes and what should I do to help heal them, please? Cordially, Christopher

itisexpouser to water with soaps andshampoo.wash with fresh water. apply cromal eye drop and wait for some time it will all alright. avoid such bath in future and bath in sweeming pool clean the eye with fresh water repeated ly
