How To Treat Fall Mediated Shoulder Injury?

I slipped and fell and landed on my right shoulder
If i lift my arm fast and bend it then it hurts. I can move my arm
And hold it straight up slowly .
But if i try to put my jacket on through
My right sleeve it hurts . How van I tell it just
Bruised and not broken . I can close
My fist open and close . Help

I would suggest you to get the MRI of the shoulder to see if there is any damage to cartilage or ligament. If yes then you can be treated for that. If there is no damage done inside then you can get treatment in form of rest, ice and pain killer like Brufen.
