How To Treat Fatigue, Anxiety, Rapid Heartbeat And Blurred Vision?

Im a 26 year old female. I am a smoker. But besides that I am very healthy and active. For about 2 months I have been donating my plasma. For about 3 weeks now I am very fatigue, having anxiety, rapid heartbeat, blurred vision, and trouble breathing. I do have a twin brother that has a history of blood clots but I have never had one before. Not sure what i should do.
