Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My feet began hurting terribly about two weeks ago. I do have arthritis and have had for several years. I am 72. I was told that I had RA but just in the last year, a new RA Dr. in town did extensive blood work and said he felt I had osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I do have Non Hodgkins Lymphoma but have been in remission 8 years. I cannot walk without pain and I have pain just sitting also(in both feet) I have soaked in hot water with Epsom salts and then tried cold water. I still do my daily walk because I take pain pills in order to do so.
If you are RA patient then you should start Hydroxychloroquine tablets 400mg twice a day and then taper to 200mg twice a day. it has good response in RA pain.
