hi im suffering from fever and im breastfeeding my 8 months old baby.i have also feeling weak ..and dezzy.though im very active and work out other days .but now i cant even stand .so what typs of food ,work ,exercise should i eat to reduce fever and feel strong and better

eat diet rich in protein,fat and carbohydrate ,drink plenty of water and take paracetamol if fever more than 100*c in dose of 500 mg.
