Hi, my nephew is two years old. He came up with fever n severe cough yesterday and today he started with runningnose with sneez also high fever. I gave him childrens advil for fever and all natural children cough syrup. He refused to eat and has been cranky

It seems that he might be having viral infection but possibility of having bacterial infection is as well.
Having high fever and cough we have to give him one antibiotic medicine without waiting further.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
