How To Treat Fever, vomiting And Concussions After An Head Injury?

My 4 year old fell down a flight of stairs landing on her head yesterday. She has been very irritable and tired today. Then she threw up but know she has a fever. We are watching for signs of a concussion. Is a fever possible from a concussion or should we assume she has a flu?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Concussions are common, particularly if you play a contact sport, such as football. But every concussion injures your brain to some extent. This injury needs time and rest to heal properly. Most concussive traumatic brain injuries are mild, and people usually recover fully.take a ct scan to brain and confirm it.thank you
