Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swollen glands associated with crusty eyes.
The symptoms indicate infection of eyes in the form of conjunctivitis and associated respiratory tract infection.
The eye condition requires treatment by use of antibiotic eye drops and eye ointments.
The systemic condition requires treatment by the use of antibiotics.

You need to take precautions to avoid spreading of infection to other family members and close associates by avoiding close contact as red eye is very contagious.

Thank you
