Hello!
I read your query in details.
A typical bruise occurs in an area of the body that has experienced trauma from an
injury. Under the injured skin, tiny blood vessels break and blood cells seep out into the skin and tissues. This creates a red mark that turns purple or black. Over time, the body absorbs the blood and the bruise disappears.
It is normal to form a bruise after an injury but when a bruise occurs on its own and the person has no recollection of what caused the bruise it is called an easy bruised or
spontaneous bruise. This can happen when the blood is too thin to coagulate in time or the coagulation process isn't normal.
In this case some tests should be done to exclude possible pathological causes.
Easy bruise irrespective of location needs a little work up that include :
-Hematological profile assessment with PT,APTT,INR.
-
Complete blood count to evaluate platelets count and red blood count.
I suggest to consult a physician to be examined and get the tests done.
You should
consult a dermatologist for your brown-
white spots for diagnosis and treatment.
Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
