Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

A picture of the affected area is needed to evaluate the changes myself before giving a more specific opinion.

Anyway, from what you are describing, I can say as following:
- continue keeping the area well clean : wash with warm water and soap
- dry it well
- apply gentian violet solution locally, let it dry
- apply antifungal lotion containing terbinafin or clotrimazole

If no improvement within the first 2 weeks, I advise to consult with dermatologist for further evaluations and a more specific treatment.

Wish fast recovery!
