I am rafeek, age 29, am facing irritation,chest burn, blotting in my stomach since four years And consulted 4-5 doctors and endoscopic and colonoscopic also done But doctors saying there s nothing to worry Antral gastric is there and prescribed some medicine like kyrab-d,normaxin,sibofix-550mg,provodiac capsules but I didn t found any improvements... Pls suggest me... Rafeek Banglore...
The antral vascular exctasia can be treated with sclerosant by an expert gastroenterologist. However, it is best to go for contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen to see for the internal extent of vascular ectasia. so that an appropriate action can be taken. May also need open surgery if the internal extent is large.
As for GERD problem, continue your treatment. Control stress and anxiety as this increases the reflux and acidity. Avoid oily spicy foods, aerated drinks, alcohol and tobacco in any form. Motility regulator like Domperidone is prescription based medicine. Take antacid when on empty stomach.
