HI SIR , I AM 26 YEARS OLD AND LAST YEAR I AM IN EMERGANCY. MY HEARTBEAT FASTER TOO MUCH .DOCTOR PRISCRIBE ME CIPLAR LA 40MG. MY BP WAS 160 UPPER/120 LOWER..SO WHAT CAN I DO THEN. MY TABLETS NOW HALF A DAY.. MAND MY BP IS NORMAL BUT NOW I AM SUFFERING FROM GASTRIC PROBLEM .. AND ITS TOO MUCH .. TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO NOW

Above anti hypertensive drug may won't cause gastritis .
It may be due to anxiety or other drugs induced ulcer disease.
Avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid spicy food.
Use tablet Nexium before breakfast for one week. do yoga and meditation.
Do daily exercise, eat green leafy vegetables.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
