General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In groin very important structures like blood vessels, lymphatic, nerves, muscular attachments lie. If his movements are alright, there is no swelling or inflammation. I suggest it to be possible soft injury or trauma to nerve which gives pain in specific movement. I would advise for application of cold pack off and on. 4-5 times. Give him tab. Ibugesic Ibugesic 200mg pill (half a pill twice a day after food) superficial pain should go within 3 days. Give him also tab Neurobion (half twice a day after food).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
