How To Treat Gum Pressure And Ulcer During Wisdom Tooth Eruption?

Hello. My top wisdom tooth on the left side is still "erupting". the whole left side of the tooth is visible and the right side of it is still covered but surely to fully "erupt" within the year. No flaps yet. But I've developed an ulcer right out side of the tooth. My third molers are growing outwards and I also grind my teeth at night. I have for a while now. But it's been almost a week and I don't see it getting smaller. Should I just get something from cvs or what

Dear User,
Ulcer can be because of trauma from the erupting tooth and it may take some to heal.
I ll advise you to do Warm saline rinses atleast three times a day and to apply a mouth ulcer gel like Mucopain on the affected area.

Grinding can be because of the change on occlusion of teeth by erupting third molars. If grinding continues for few more days , i ll advise you to visit your dentist he ll check and if required will do enameloplasty for the affected tooth.

hope this ll ansmer your querry
