I found a hard black spot on my labia. It s hard and a little smaller than a pencil eraser. It looks like it might be a blood blister. I had rotator cuff surgery around 4 weeks ago. Noticed it soon after surgery. It went flat and tonight it s back to being raised and hard. It s tender too.
I think that it might be a abscess or there might be a localized infection so I would suggest you to apply a antibiotics cream over it and have a course of antibiotics (amoxycillin clauvulunic acid tablet) for 5 days.
