How To Treat Head Pressure And Pain After Injury?

I was wearing overly long pants and went to rush to the next room and slipped straight back into my tailbone and my head bounced off the floor. My 1 year old was sitting right there and all I can remember was opening my eyes I think and looking at him. I laid there for a min but had to get up because he was so scared and crying. Now about 3 hours later I have a lot of pressure all over my head and pain from the base where it meets my spine. In that crevasse.

Hello,

Case of blunt head injury do present with debiliating pain and fullness, pressure feeling for varying period of time. It is best recommended to observe development of following within next 24 hours:
- Increasing intensity of headache
- Vertigo
- Bleeding ear, nose
- Convulsions
- Loss of consciousness

Following measures for primary relief:
- Drink more liquids
- Tablet Acetaminophen after meals
