How To Treat Headaches, Chest Pain, Fever And Muscular Weakness?

My 24 yr o son is in great physical condition. The last few days he has complained of extreme headaches as if he has no temples, joint pain, his muscles sting and burn, and he has muscular weakess. He has also has sharp pains in his chest, and now, fever and chills. Having been an met, I do not know what or how to help him.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your son, such headache may be due to some functional condition but this need to be ruled out for some pathological disease and better to get done the CT brain, if this comes unremarkable then this is nothing to worry, as long as the brain disease are concern, second is infections and for that routine blood test need to be done, and in case of some infection it need to be managed accordingly, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
