Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like frequent headaches, poor sleep, lack of concentration, laziness and remaining on bed through out the day, poor focus, tiredness etc can occur due to some mild to moderate depression. Such symptoms can also occur in nutritional deficiencies as Vitamin B12 and Iron deficiency and these medical causes should be ruled out.

For proper treatment I'd advise you to consult a psychiatrist. Medicines as SSRIs are commonly used in depression. Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline etc are commonly used medicines. Apart from this Vitamin B12, Omega-3-Fatty Acid supplements are also very useful in depression and these supplements also augment the actions of other drugs. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.

Thanks. I hope this helps you. Take care
