Had proximal LAD 100% blockage. treponin went to 63457 whilst in ED. Have moderate damage and heart failure. Prognosis please?.I am 61 female with familial hyperlyperdemia that was dagnosed 2003 which was never then treated even with cholesterol of 9.3. No energy, easily fatigued, SOB.
