Hi.

Heartburn is suggestive of GERD that of Gastro-esophageal reflux disease. The problem is not about gastritis alone but reflux of gastric contents into esophagus , pharynx and thus causing heartburn and may be difficulty in breathing. Back ache if on upper side can be due to referred pain from heartburn.
Headache can be due to many reasons and hence needs proper evaluation to know the cause and hence a specific treatment can be done. You can certainly take Paracetamol as it may not increase heartburn if it suits you.
Leg pain can be restless leg syndrome.
Most of your symptoms look to be related to the stress and anxiety. Hence a proper control of these can help to relieve most of your symptoms assisted by symptomatic and supportive management.
Take a PPI like Pantoprazole.
Domperidone for motility regulation.
Antacids when on empty stomach.
Prescription based treatment for anxiety, stress or any psychological disorder.
All these together will help you a lot.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
