Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son, who is 9 months old., is having heat rashes in his neck. Initially there were pink small rashes throughout and it turns black later. I took him to pediatrician, he advised to apply candid b liquid. Those few rashes went in a week and again turns up with red rashes turning dried blackish ones. This is d case for more than a month. I took him again to skin doctor, who prescribed for surfaz lotion. Still it remains so. My son basically sweats a lot and still sleeps in cradle. So sweat accumulates in his neck folds. Wat to do now
I think you should use sudo cream or anti-fungal lotion your doctor prescribed. You should keep the neck dry in order to avoid re-occurrence. Keep his skin washed and dried.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
