How To Treat High Fever And Belly Pain?

Hi my 4 yr old son has had high temperature all night despite being given calpol usually his torso reduces in heat but he has remained very hot... otherwise he is drinking and some food now and then also complains just now of belly hurts... thank you Patrick

Cold sponging with calpol will be of great help.
Give him plenty of fluids.You can add antacids of belly hurt.
He should be afebrile in an hour or two.
