How To Treat Hyperpigmentation?

sir i suffered from hyperpigmentation 4 years back, was adiced to use metasone plus by certifies dermatologist in my hometown. after sometime of using it it cured my problem. but after some time i started getting little darker. then i started using it again and whenevr is stop using it i get dark again. please sir help me out how should i deal with this problem. i want to stop its usage since it is a steroid

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, as the long term steroid consumption has changed the melanin homeostasis of the body, it is very very difficult at this stage to get rid off this nasty situation.

However, a skin biopsy with effects over the melanin conversion effects would be helpful to study the severity of the underlying condition and better guidance can be figured out from that.
