Hi I was taking metoprolol 25 mg since 2009 when I was diagnosed of essential Hypertension.I had a check up with a new doctor ( a General Practioner ) and he changed my pill with Cor 2.5 mg.I read the med literature inside the box and was bothered reading that it is mainly for patients with stable chronic, moderate to severe heart failure, all I know was I have a hypertension problem and is controlled.Should I take this new pill?
