How To Treat Hypoglycemia?

I m hypoglysiemic, for the past 2 days ive felt like i have low blood suger ALL the time,I have a little biut of a stomech ache and a headache when i stand up. ive tried to drink juice,eat food(healthy), to rais blood suger, but nothing works,Please tell me what i should do!

Thanks for posting your query.

I need to know exactly what you mean by feeling like low sugar . Because Hypoglycemia should be diagnosed by doing a blood test along with symptoms of hypoglycemia which gets corrected after giving glucose. ( called as Whipple's Triad )

Because stomach upset and headache can happen due to other causes also . Have you ever checked your blood sugar levels at the time you had symptoms ? If yes how much it showed ? If not get your blood sugar tested at the time you get symptoms. ( Better is to purchase a glucometer and do self testing of blood sugar )

Kindly revert back with detailed symptoms and blood sugar levels .
