Hello Incisional hernia gets quite complicated some as part of gut can get stuck in herniated portion. Look for fever, severe pain , constipation, nausea or vomiting, and change in colour of skin overlying the hernia and the hernia that could not be reduced manually with hand. These are warning signs of obstruction and urgent medical help should be sought from surgeon. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
