Hi,
I guess it is spleen enlargement, and not inflammation.
Gallbladder inflammation can result from conditions like viral fever,
enteric fever or
cholecystitis, but if she do not have features like fever, pain in right upper abdomen or jaundice, this may not be significant.
But presence of spleen enlargement in presence of tiredness and
weight loss needs further evaluation to find out the cause. This may suggest conditions like
mononucleosis, chronic infections, inflammatory disorders or very rarely, a neoplastic condition.
If she do not have fever or other associated symptoms, you can weight for the appointment. You may be asked for a blood routine examination, ESR and a peripheral smear depending on clinical status.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
