How To Treat Inflated Purple Vein Behind Throat Along With Blisters In Throat Back?
Hey. I am having a few concerns. First I have a vein that when I look at in the back of my throat it pops up like a ball. It is dark purple. When I hold my breath or strain it come out more. It is behind my tonsils. Also I always have blisters in the back if my throat. What could be causing these things?
Hello! The prominent vein and the blisters in the back of your throat mean it is chronic pharyngitis. The reason for this could be nasal. If there is any problem with your nose e.g nose block or frequent sinusitis it affects your throat as well. Even though it doesn't look alarming it is better to meet a otolaryngologist for treatment.
