How To Treat Involuntary Muscle Activity In Leg?

My name is Del DeSousa, I have involuntary muscle activity in my left leg (below the knee), I try to relax the muscle without success. no pain or discomfort but my nights, while in bed, are horrible with muscle spasms. My doctor said to take Magnesium with tonic water. I do for over six months and I don t feel any better. Please advise. Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this may not be exact muscular spasm and looking to this it may not need any oral medication but it can be well managed with local rubefacient that contains capsaicin, nicotinate, menthol, methyl salicylate, rink more water and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
