Hi,
You need a proper evaluation. This includes a complete physical examination by a specialist, complete hormone profile, glucose tolerance test, serum DHEAS levels, AMH levels, trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts and urinalysis. Family history, obesity, general illnesses, certain medications, stress can also be causative. Uterine response appears to be good since you are having induced periods. It remains to be seen what went wrong with the ovarian function. Once the investigations are complete, further management can be planned. Please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Take care.
